Three things I've built
Problem: A SaaS platform needed to exchange data with accounting, CRM, inventory, payments, storage and AI services — each with its own API shape, auth model and failure behaviour. Point-to-point integrations meant rewriting auth and error handling for every new provider.
Built: A middleware layer over REST and GraphQL connecting Xero, Cin7, HubSpot, RFMS, Airwallex, OpenAI, Dropbox, Google Drive and Box — with OAuth 2.0 and JWT flows including token lifecycle and refresh across concurrent providers.
Result: New providers plug into an existing auth and transport layer instead of being built from scratch.

Problem: An Australian building-supplies retailer quoted flat-rate shipping on heavy, bulky materials nationwide — undercharging long freight routes, overcharging short ones, with no way to price a real courier.
Built: Integrated the Transdirect carrier API into WooCommerce so checkout returns live courier quotes against a configured warehouse origin. Connected Cin7 for inventory, configured GST-inclusive pricing through to cart and checkout, branded PDF invoicing, and a customer-facing order-tracking page. Separately traced a 3.1-second add-to-cart delay to its actual cause — two sequential network round-trips, not the UI layer everyone suspected.
Result: Checkout returns 15 live courier options priced per destination. Customers track their own orders.

Problem: I wanted a finance tracker that handled how money actually moves — across multiple wallets, split with other people, recurring, and owed — not just a list of expenses.
Built: A full product, solo. Multi-wallet transfers, bill splitting, recurring transactions, debt tracking and category analytics. Web and mobile clients on a shared backend — schema, API, auth, deployment and support all mine.
Result: Live and in daily use, shipped and maintained alongside full-time work.
